This fast moving adventure is set during summer vacation on a Danish island that is home to spunky 13-year-old Katrine and her best friend Nils. Nils is fascinated by the history of the Knights Templar, and over the course of his research he discovers that for centuries, a shadowy organization, the Black Brotherhood, has been searching for a lost treasure nearby. Knowing that the location of the Knight Templar’s treasure will be revealed at dawn on Midsummer’s Eve, the pair , joined by Nils’s little sister and another friend, Matias, decide to rescue it before the Black Brotherhood can lay claim.
