This fast moving adventure is set during summer
vacation on a Danish island that is home to spunky 13-year-old
Katrine and her best friend Nils. Nils is fascinated by the history
of the Knights Templar, and over the course of his research he
discovers that for centuries, a shadowy organization, the Black
Brotherhood, has been searching for a lost treasure nearby. Knowing
that the location of the Knight Templar’s treasure will be revealed
at dawn on Midsummer’s Eve, the pair , joined by Nils’s little
sister and another friend, Matias, decide to rescue it before the
Black Brotherhood can lay claim. Kasper Barfoed directed. The Lost
Treasure of the Knights Templar is recommended for children eight
